If you wish to change your email address linked to your Design Thinking Test account, please follow the procedure outlined below.
■ How to change your e-mail address
Log in > Click your name displayed in the upper right corner of My Page > Click [Edit Account Information]
① Edit Account Information
Click [Update email address] on the right side of the email address field.
(Same for both "Business" and "Student")
② Update email address (Enter your password)
Enter the password currently used for login and click [next].
③ Update email address (Enter the e-mail address you want to change)
Enter the new email address you wish to use in the two fields provided. Please ensure that there are no typing errors, and click [Send verification email].
*Please note that if you update your email address, the email address on the test results provided to the company/organization will also be updated.(Including completed tests.)
④ Update email address (verification email sent)
Access the URL in the verification email to authenticate the email address change.
*The URL is valid for 24 hours. If the authentication is not completed by the link expiration date, the procedure will be invalidated.
