If you are unable to receive the Verification Code via SMS, please check the following possible causes. If you are still unable to receive the SMS Verification message after checking the following, please contact your mobile service provider.
1. The phone number you entered is wrong
If your phone number is in operation, you should receive the SMS.
Please ensure that you are entering the correct phone number.
2. There may be a delay in the transmission of the SMS from the telecom center to your mobile device
In some cases, you may not be able to receive the SMS due to poor communication conditions or delays in the SMS itself.
Please try SMS verification again at a different time or on a different day.
3. You may have an unstable network/connection to your mobile device
Please try restarting your mobile device.
4. Your mobile device is on Airplane Mode
If your mobile device is set to Airplane Mode, you will not have network connection.
Please ensure that your device is not in Airplane Mode.
5. You have blocked the receipt of SMS in your spam mail settings
If your settings do not allow you to receive SMS, or if your settings only allow you to receive SMS from specific senders, you will not receive the SMS Verification Code.
Please check and change your settings to be able to receive SMS from all senders.
