If you wish to deactivate your Design Thinking Test account, please follow the account deactivation procedure outlined below. You must complete all of the steps to complete your account deactivation.
▼ Precautions
・ Upon deactivating your account, you will no longer have access to My Page, register to tests, check test information, view past test results, or any other functions associated with your account.
・ Refunds cannot be issued for tests that have been registered to, even if the test has not yet taken place.
・ Once the account has been deactivated, you will not be able to reactivate the same account.
・ If you wish to take the Design Thinking Test, you will be required to create a new account.
・ Account deactivation is effective as soon as you submit your request.
■ Account Deactivation Procedure
Log in > Click your name displayed in the upper right corner of My Page > Click "Edit Account Information"
① Edit Account Information Click "Click here to deactivate your Design Thinking Test account" in the lower right corner. (Same for both "Business" and "Student")
② De-activation Process
After carefully reading "Precautions", if you agree and wish to proceed, please answer the deactivation questionnaire and click "Submit". (You can select multiple answers on the questionnaire.)
③ Do you wish to deactivate your account?
Click "De-activate" after confirming that you are sure you want to cancel your membership again. *Account deactivation is effective as soon as you submit your request.
④ Account deactivation complete
You will be brought to a new page, confirming that your account deactivation is complete.
⑤ Please check your email for your de-activation confirmation mail
The message will be sent to the e-mail address connected to the account you wish to deactivate. The following e-mail will be sent from the Design Thinking Test Secretariat.

・Please register again by clicking "New Account Registration" as you did when you registered for the first time.
・You can use the same email address used for account registration in the past.
